The pool and the grounds were amazing. We were lucky to see deer one night when we were sitting out by a fire pit. On arrival staff were welcoming and helpful. The free tea and coffee at reception was an added bonus. The beds were very comfortable. We had a room with a pool view. It had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. We also made use of the onsite laundrette. It was free to use and you can buy powder at reception. We really appreciated that. The complimentary breakfast was served until 10am. It was very tasty. This motel is within walking distance to the Main Street in Fredericksburg.

The outdoor amenities at this hotel are great. We always stay here when visiting Fredericksburg. It is close enough to walk to shops and restaurants.

Location is excellent for access to main street while walking and to other amenities by car. The room was spacious and well presented but beginning to look a bit tired. We would use the hotel again based on location.

The whole place is perfect. Great staff, room, pool, spa pool. Just a few minutes walk up to the main street with many restaurants to choose from. I'd definitely stay here again.

Loved the outside, 2 beautiful pools and a jacuzzi. 2 places with fire pit. Fabulous breakfast. I had bacon, potato and egg burrito. OJ. Good coffee is available all the time. With in walking distance (for most people) of Main Street. The room has comfy bed, great AC and fast WiFi. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back.

The outside grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Live the fire pits. The breakfast was great. Staff was courteous and very helpful.

The rooms are small but perfect for us. Everything was clean and well kept. Lots of outside areas for eating, sitting. Beautiful scenery. There is a small stream behind the courtyard. Absolutely stunning!. I enjoyed watching the fish in the stream and rock hunting. Like having a strip of nature in town. Breakfast was better than expected. Not just the usual stale sweet rolls. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy waffles, and much, much more. This place is definitely more than I expected for the price. We will be staying here again.

For a last minute stay this place was great in the following: location, comfort, price and hospitality. We didn't get to use their pools but they looked clean and the families in there seemed like they were enjoying it. The check in and out process was really easy. I didn't know that breakfast was included until I was leaving but we stopped in for a quick bit, and there was a great variety of food (hot and cold breakfast options). I would definitely stay again if and when I am back in Fredericksburg.
